John has over 25 years experience in the waste industry including 20 years as Managing Director of Ace Waste Pty Ltd.
Urs Etterli - Operations Manager
Urs has been with Ace Waste for over 18 years and is responsible for management of waste handling and incineration operations at both the Queensland and Victorian incineration facilities
Daniel Kohl - Sales Manager, Queensland
Daniel has joined us only recently and his eight years of experience with total waste management is a valuable addition to Ace Waste. His wealth of knowledge of the industry will stand him in good stead. He is responsible for business development in Queensland.

Margaret has been with Ace Waste for over a year and has an extensive background in Finance and Administration Management.
John Goldsmith - Sales Manager, Victoria
John has been with Ace Waste for over 3 years. He has taken up the role of Sales Manager of our Victorian Operation. John’s experience in the waste industry is welcomed to fill this role in Melbourne.Coming from Melbourne originally, John spent several years at Ace Waste in Brisbane and will transfer his knowledge of the Incineration process, Clinical, Bio-hazardous and Quarantine Waste to the team at Dandenong. His desire to provide the highest standard of service to our clients is a primary focus of his role at Ace Waste.
Nino Leone – Business Development Executive, Victoria
Nino has spent over 12 years in the waste industry. This more recent addition to the team at Ace Waste brings a wealth of knowledge and customer service. Nino is pleased to return to the Waste industry after a short period in the machinery hiring sector. Nino will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and continuing the service standards for our clients in Victoria.
Michael Powell – Fleet Operations Supervisor Victoria and Queensland
Michael has been with Ace Waste for over five years and is responsible for Fleet Operations and Driver Training for both the Company’s Victorian and Queensland operations.
Fleet Drivers
Ace Waste’s Fleet Drivers have been fully trained in the collection of clinical and related waste and hold relevant licencing in this regard.
Joanne McCann – Sales and Marketing Projects
Joanne has been with Ace Waste for over 11 years and provides liaison and support on such matters as legislative requirements, provision of statistical data and special disposal requirements

Debbie has been with Ace Waste for over 2 years and provides back-up in customer liaison and support services.
