Ace Waste has issued a Press Release in response to recent reports that have appeared in the Media.

Ace Waste presently meets the clinical waste needs of several of the major public and private hospitals in South East Queensland and provides an essential service to these facilities. It should be noted that the only approved method for disposal of cytotoxic waste and pharmaceutical waste is high temperature incineration (Schedule 5 of The Environmental Protection (Waste Management) Regulation).

Ace Waste going from strength to strength

Ace Waste is set to take delivery of 3 new purpose built Pantec Mercedes Trucks taking our fleet to 20 vehicles nationally. These are exciting times for Ace as it continues its growth phase, in particular Melbourne which can boast that the team there have secured a number of new customers. Given recent developments highlighted in the press regarding difficulties with other waste disposal systems, Incineration is set to become the preferred method of disposal for infectious wastes. Creating a Sustainable Future

As we require Auxiliary Fuels (Natural Gas) to achieve combustion conditions in our Incinerators it is Ace Wastes’ initiative to manufacturer its own Bio-gas from Organic Waste’s such as food and green waste to replace less environmentally friendly fossil fuels. Ace Waste is investigating the potential of building a pilot plant Bio-digester, the first of its kind in Australia with the assistance of Queensland University. Stay tuned for more updates......

Ace Waste P/L continues to expand its operations here in Victoria.

We are most pleased to add a new member of staff to our team, Nino Leone. Nino comes to Ace Waste with a wealth of knowledge in the waste industry. Previously he worked with Cleanaway in the General Waste and Clinical Waste divisions, spending over twelve years in that role. Nino has had a close association with Ace Waste for a considerable time. It is an exciting growth phase that Ace Waste P/L is undertaking. We know that Nino is an ideal addition to assist us in achieving our goals.
