QUALITY ASSURANCE

 

Ace Waste holds current Quality Assurance Certification and complies with all the relevant International and Australian Standards

Ace Waste Pty Ltd places a high priority on risk management and identification throughout the Group’s operations and regularly reviews its adequacy in this regard. Under the guidance of  Auditing and Compliance, a comprehensive risk control program has been developed which includes legislative compliance, property and health protection, safety and environment audits using risk assessors, self audits, engineering and professional advisers.
The company holds current Quality Assurance Certification and complies with all the relevant International and Australian Standards.

 

Ace Waste has a qualified Quality Assurance Manager and a OH and S Risk Manager who oversees the design and implementation of the risk Management control program, monitors performance and develops appropriate programs to enhance awareness and compliance. These programs include training for employees, using both internal experts, regular review meetings are held with divisional general managers to provide guidance and strategies for implementation of risk measures.

The policies and practices developed by the Operational Managers of Ace Waste  are implemented by the Managing Director and meet or exceed the revised Principles and Recommendations set out under the terms of Licenses and approval requirements and guidelines.

 

 

SALES MANAGEMENT

John Goldsmith, our National Sales and Marketing Manager, has been with Ace Waste since 2006.  John heads up our sales team in Victoria and Queensland.  John's experience is in handling our clients' needs in all aspects of our operation.

 

Along with the rest of our sales team, John is fully conversant with all waste streams handled by Ace Waste and is ready and willing to answer your individual needs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Our Client Account Managers are supported by our Customer Relations staff. who provide advice on any changes to service requirements, infection control matters and accrediation documentation.


 
 

 

 

 

OPERATIONS

Ace Waste Operations TeamThe Operations Team is responsible for service level requirements or any new requirements relating to client services.  The Operations Team oversee daily service needs and any operational activities.
